Many projects in the city need approval before construction starts, particularly additions, structural changes and commercial work. ABIA holds a City of San Antonio Residential Building Contractor license, and the city process is built into every project that needs it as the City Involvement stage.
Whether the home is lived in during the work or empty, the order of work is planned around it: which rooms stay usable, when the noisy work happens, and how the site is kept tidy from day to day.
